OUR STORY
In the fall of 2020, Catalyst Corp was founded to support clients in the nonprofit sector. Our campaign strategies are designed to inspire everyday heroes like you and me to contribute to causes supporting at-risk youth, women and children, animals, and the environment.
We firmly believe that our services are instrumental in providing essential resources and support to the charities we work with.
ABOUT
HER STORY
Our managing partner Divya grew up excelling academically and had an extensive background in Engineering. Following a six year term in engineering where she worked on Six Sigma/LEAN projects with major players in the defense, entertainment and construction industries, she quit because of the gender discrimination and double standards that existed within the engineering industry.
Divya started her sales and marketing career in 2016 in NYC working in the for-profit sector representing clients in the office supply industry. Her hunger to prove herself in a new sector helped her advance quickly. She enjoyed flourishing in an environment where her upward mobility didn’t depend on her gender or who she knew. She went on to become the subject matter expert on the campaign and trained teams across multiple cities like Philadelphia, Miami, and Chicago.
She received management training in Houston and went on to train, coach, and develop multiple successful team in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Recently, she moved on to consulting for multiple start-ups within the sector in Phoenix and Las Vegas before settling in Dallas.
Owing to the success that she had in other markets, Catalyst expanded to Dallas in 2024 and now are working with two new non-profit clients!

We implement promotional tactics to generate excitement and increase support for our clients' initiatives. This includes organizing events, creating strategic partnerships, and executing targeted promotions.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
We provide leadership training to cultivate effective managers and team leaders to represent our clients. Our programs focus on developing key leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and team management skills to drive organizational success.
Our commitment to our team’s development extends beyond initial training. We offer ongoing support and resources to help our staff stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies.
